Archived Xray images and patient information system

Radiology departments produce hard copies of the X-ray images for referral as well as patient record. Some of the films are archived for academic interest and these films can be rfid tagged and uniquely identified as well as the information/case study pertaining to the patient can be retreived from the hospital information server once the x-ray image is flashed near the RFID reader.

Medical records and patient cards can be RFID enabled and the patient information can be retreived from Hospital information system.
