Overhead scanning is ideal for inventory management of large parts in armament depots. Tagging can be with active tags and antennas can be positioned to avoid null zones. If roll cages are used for multiple items, either broadcasting tags or wifi tags can be used and in the case of wifi tag use, the depot/warehouse requires wifi connectivity.
